Hi, I'm Sarah
I started RitualHR because I believe growing a business should never come at the expense of your people.
Throughout my career across Human Resources, Recruitment and People & Culture, I’ve partnered with businesses across a diverse range of industries—from trades and construction through to professional services, healthcare and not-for-profits. Those experiences have shown me that every workplace is different, and the best solutions are never one-size-fits-all.
Today, I work alongside founders and leadership teams to create practical, thoughtful people strategies that support both business goals and the people behind them. While I genuinely enjoy building positive workplace cultures, I also appreciate the importance of strong HR foundations—ensuring businesses remain compliant, protected and set up for long-term success.
